When the simulation begins, you will be sent your login details by your instructor or by Smartsims.
Your login details will be in this format:
Login: abcd001
Password: ef2gh3
Passwords cannot be changed by you (as the student) as our system’s alphanumeric sequence adds a layer of security to ensure the integrity of your access. If your password has been shared with another student, another alphanumeric password can be generated for you.
Please contact the Smartsims Helpdesk if you require a new password.
