In the Multi-Player competitive phase, rollovers are automatically processed on a date and time set by your instructor. It is crucial that you enter the decisions for your company before the scheduled rollover (decision deadline date).
If you have not entered your decisions before the rollover, then you must contact your instructor or Smartsims as soon as possible with the following details:
- Which rollover date was missed, and;
- The decisions that should have been entered before the rollover.
Your instructor must provide Smartsims with permission to enter your company’s decisions before any changes can be made.
